2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Excellent Painting are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on a visual inspection of the property and the scope of work discussed. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Materials

We use only premium, high-quality paints and materials. If a client requests a specific brand or type of paint that differs from our standard supply, additional costs may apply.

4. Property Preparation and Protection

Our team will take all necessary precautions to protect your furniture, floors, and belongings during the painting process. However, it is the client's responsibility to remove small, fragile, or valuable items from the work area before our team arrives.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to schedule your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and final inspection of the work.
